The main goal of the course is to introduce students to the principles of effective communication within an organization and their practical application. In this course, students will learn how internal communication influences organizational performance, employee engagement, collaboration, and the achievement of shared goals. The course will explore various forms of internal communication, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations, while also helping students adapt their communication style to different audiences and situations. As communication in modern organizations is closely linked to technology, human resource management, and a constantly changing work environment, I aim to ensure that students not only become familiar with theoretical concepts but also learn how to apply them in practice. Through assignments, discussions, and practical exercises, they will analyze real internal communication situations, assess their causes and consequences, identify possible solutions, and develop critical thinking skills. This course will help students strengthen essential soft skills needed for effective teamwork and professional collaboration. By the end of the course, students will be able to evaluate internal communication strategies, apply appropriate communication methods in real organizational contexts, and consciously contribute to smoother collaboration within an organization.
