About this programme
Mathematics doesn't just teach you calculations. It teaches you how to think.

The ability to reason, analyze, and solve problems is what makes mathematics essential to science and valuable far beyond it. | Studying mathematics is so much more than solving equations — it provides a solid base for every scientific field. It's not just the numeracy you learn here that's applicable to so many intellectual pursuits. Our courses teach you how to think and to solve problems, and you’ll learn how to make airtight arguments and look for every possible loophole. | Because our program is small, professors end up knowing most of their students, graduate students interact with honours students, and this community atmosphere often leads to chances to work on special projects. | Science Co-op | Complete three work terms — a full year of paid, real-world experience — before you graduate. | Research | Conduct research and gain scientific skills by working in research labs, industry, or government. | Study abroad | Take advantage of the unique opportunity to learn at another global institution.
