a) Medical: Passed SPM / SPVM / O-Level with a GRADE B in 5 subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics and one other subjects as well as a CREDIT in Bahasa Malaysia and English or any other qualification equivalent thereto; or b) Dentistry and Pharmacy: SPM / SPVM / O-Level with at least 5 CREDITS with a minimum grade B4 in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or technical subjects other and PASS in Bahasa Malaysia and English or other qualifications its equivalent; or c) For students who will continue their studies Degree Program besides Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy, O-level with MIN 5 CREDITS including Mathematics & 2 Sciences, ie Phyics, Chemistry, Biology subjects and Pass Bahasa Malaysia and English or equivalent,recognised by the Malaysian Government.
