Eligibility is decided by Tio. Applicants below the requirement can enter a foundation programme at IELTS 5.0 rather than receive a waiver. · Backlogs accepted: Not published. · Application fee: Not published as an application fee. A one-off enrolment fee of €250 is charged. · Deposit: NON-EU PRE-ARRIVAL FEE €6,050, made up of €1,050 for visa, insurance and airport pick-up plus a €5,000 tuition-fee deposit. Tio states this must be paid UP FRONT before it will proceed with the visa application, so the residence-permit process cannot begin until it is paid.
