About this programme
Alongside the MBA core curriculum, this pathway adds two specialist modules: Management and Practice of Consulting, and Behavioural Strategy and Cross-Cultural Management. The consulting module explores the relationship between top management consultant teams and their clients in both private and public sectors, teaching participants to apply analytical frameworks, while the behavioural strategy module prepares graduates to operate effectively in a complex, cross-border, multicultural environment.
