Entry requirements
Entry requirements are set per course by UWA. The English requirement below is the university-wide minimum standard; some courses require the higher standard. · English: IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0) · English test waiver: NOT AVAILABLE for the visa. India is not on the Home Affairs exemption list and the five-year-study exemption excludes study in India; only a registered postgraduate RESEARCH course exempts. SEPARATELY, UWA accepts Indian school English for its OWN admission requirement - All India Examination (CBSE) English at minimum grade B2, or Indian School Certificate (CISCE) English at minimum 60%. That can remove the need for a test to satisfy UWA, but it does not settle the visa.
