Published for INDIA specifically: Bachelor of Commerce (Honours); Bachelor of Arts/Science/Commerce (Honours) with at least first class/division awarded by a 'top institution' (Tio's own wording, quoted and flagged, not an endorsement); Bachelor of Engineering/Technology; MBBS; or LL.B. The degree must be equivalent to the Dutch standard for admission to a master's, which Tio's admissions team checks. NO WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Prior knowledge of finance and marketing is required; the Real Estate Management route carries a further condition. · English: IELTS 6.5 · English test waiver: Tio states a certificate is normally required, with exemptions that depend on the applicant's nationality or previous education; it publishes a table of qualifying diplomas (for example the International Baccalaureate and the European Baccalaureate with English as L1 or L2). Eligibility is decided by Tio. Applicants below the requirement can enter a foundation programme at IELTS 5.0 rather than receive a waiver. · Backlogs accepted: Not published. · Application fee: Not published as an application fee. A one-off enrolment fee of €250 is charged. · Deposit: NON-EU PRE-ARRIVAL FEE €6,050, made up of €1,050 for visa, insurance and airport pick-up plus a €5,000 tuition-fee deposit. Tio states this must be paid UP FRONT before it will proceed with the visa application, so the residence-permit process cannot begin until it is paid. The €5,000 is credited against the final tuition invoice.
