Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts (Year 3)

Direct entry into the final year of BHMS's Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts, delivered at the Lucerne campus, Switzerland. This 12-month track combines advanced culinary training with a 4-6 month industry internship, leading to a BHMS Bachelor's degree. Entry requires a completed BHMS Higher Diploma (or equivalent, min. 55%), or a Diploma plus two years of culinary/bakery experience.

Students must have completed B.H.M.S. Higher Diploma or equivalent with minimum 55%. OR Students who have completed a Diploma and have two years of experience in culinary or bakery are eligible for direct entry into the third year.
