Crop Production (Horticulture)

Equips students to address global food security and climate challenges through sustainable crop production across field and protected systems, with a horticultural specialism, covering postharvest management and circular economies. Delivered at ARU Writtle's working farm, with hands-on practicals, case studies and commercial site visits, concluding in an independent research project.
