Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Human Nutrition

A 4-year Level 8 honours degree combining basic sciences, food science, physiology, biochemistry and specialist nutrition modules, with a professional placement. Students may specialise in advanced, public health, sports/exercise or clinical nutrition.
