A 180-point master's offering advanced-level research under AUT's active researchers, either generically in science/computer & mathematical sciences or specialised in Applied Conservation, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, Geospatial Science, Marine Science, or Microbiology and Molecular Genetics.

Bachelor's degree in the same area of study (Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, Geospatial Science, Marine Science, Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, or Computer and Mathematical Sciences) or equivalent.
