The Business Law LLM specialisation covers key aspects of European and international company law, including corporate restructuring, company formation and financing, and takeover regulation. It is a specialisation within the Master's in International and European Law and also addresses emerging areas such as digitalisation, artificial intelligence and sustainability in business. The programme consists of six 7-EC courses plus an 18-EC Master's thesis, with most courses freely chosen (with suggested packages in competition, company or commercial law). Graduates pursue careers in multinational corporations, law firms, and public and private sector legal roles.
