Business with Human Resource Management

CIPD-accredited degree preparing students for HR careers (recruitment, employee relations, training and development). Year 1 develops broad business-management knowledge; from Year 2, students specialise in HR-specific knowledge, skills and professional behaviours. Delivered at ARU's Cambridge campus.

A-level/BTEC/T-Level (Level 3) equivalent required; GCSE grade 4/C English & Maths; international qualifications accepted; IELTS 6.0 overall
