The MSc in Integrated Circuits & Microelectronics (the renamed successor to MSc Electronics, effective August 2026) gives customised, in-depth training in IC design and semiconductor manufacturing. The curriculum spans established and emerging microelectronics topics and combines theoretical foundations with industry-linked projects and laboratory work. It prepares graduates for careers in the semiconductor and IC design industries, or for further research.

A good relevant bachelor's degree; relevant working experience advantageous; IELTS ≥6.0 (within 2 years) or equivalent for non-native English speakers
