Education with Leadership and Management

Explore and critique different approaches to educational leadership and management at national and international levels. By applying leadership and management theory to your own practice you develop as a self-critical learner, enhancing professional knowledge, leadership, research and operational skills. No prior leadership experience is required, though it may support your application. This is one of five specialist pathways within ARU's MA Education framework and does not lead to Qualified Teacher Status.
