The College Diploma in Civil Technology (Municipal Engineering) provides students who have completed their Civil Technician certificate with an opportunity to learn about civil technology in greater detail. They will learn about terrain analysis, fluid mechanics, geotechnical materials, groundwater flow and analysis, roadway design, and water and wastewater piping system design—all with an emphasis on project management.<
