Registered Nurse Prescribing

Prepares eligible Registered Nurses to meet Nursing Council of New Zealand educational requirements for registered nurse prescribing in primary health and specialty teams. Offers flexible learning and can serve as a foundation toward further nurse practitioner study.

Must already hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) or equivalent AND be a Registered Nurse with 3 years' full-time-equivalent NZ clinical practice completed before the final specialty practicum paper.
