This MSc, taught at ARU's Writtle campus in Essex, examines postharvest processes from cropping through to sale and how waste can be minimised across the supply chain. Students gain access to the university's Postharvest Unit, which conducts research and commercial trials, plus visits to growers and postharvest handling facilities.
