The Polymer and Fiber Engineering MS prepares students for research and development, product development, process/composite engineering, quality assurance, and technical sales roles. Core coursework covers polymer chemistry, polymer processing, structure/properties of polymers, and polymer characterization; a minimum of 30 credit hours is required (thesis option) or 36 (non-thesis).
Bachelor's in biomedical/materials engineering, polymer science, biochemistry, environmental science, industrial engineering or equivalent; GRE (or TOEFL for international) and 3 recommendation letters
